What is “Boutique Investment Service”?

We provide a unique or “Boutique” Service where we cater to the private investor that wants to invest in income property, but does not want to get involved in the day to day inconveniences that so often come along with becoming a Landlord. Our service is unique in that we can not only sell you the property but we can also manage it for you, providing you a “hands off” enjoyable experience while enjoying a great return on your investment.

How do we compare to our competition?

We feel that we provide a unique product, which sets us apart from our competition. First of all, our properties are new construction, so you are getting a property that does not fall under “Rent Control”. Along with this, you are also getting a property that will have less maintenance out of the gate compared to an older property because it is new. These items will be true whether you utilize our management services or not, but if you choose to have our team manage your property then you can take advantage of our in-house maintenance team. We know our product better than anyone, so we take advantage of this when it comes to maintenance, keeping the costs down to a minimum and passing the savings on to you.

Do we have to use your management services if we buy a property from you?

No, it is entirely up to you whether or not you choose to use us for your management company. You are under no obligation to use our management services or anyone elses; you can manage it yourself if you so desire or we may be able to recommend a management company for you.
